En tant que premier point de contact pour la plupart des personnes pr\u00e9sentant des sympt\u00f4mes suspects de cancer, les agents de sant\u00e9 de premi\u00e8re ligne \u2013 y compris les m\u00e9decins de soins primaires, les infirmi\u00e8res et les sages-femmes \u2013 jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce et l\u2019orientation pour un diagnostic de confirmation du cancer et une prise en charge rapide. Malgr\u00e9 ce r\u00f4le essentiel, de nombreux agents de sant\u00e9 de premi\u00e8re ligne en Afrique manquent de connaissances suffisantes sur les mesures pr\u00e9ventives, les services de d\u00e9pistage, les signes de cancer et les pratiques d\u2019orientation. Ce manque de connaissances contribue \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation tardive de la maladie que nous constatons sur le continent et \u00e0 un rapport mortalit\u00e9\/incidence (0,64) qui est presque le double de celui des r\u00e9gions \u00e0 revenu \u00e9lev\u00e9 (0,36), avec les impacts socio-\u00e9conomiques associ\u00e9s.   <\/p><p>Un cours pour les prestataires de soins de sant\u00e9 primaires a \u00e9t\u00e9 pilot\u00e9 conjointement au cours des troisi\u00e8me et quatri\u00e8me trimestres 2024, avec une \u00e9valuation post-cours en cours. Cela permettra d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le cours et d\u2019organiser un cours en direct r\u00e9current avec des professeurs africains et la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un auto-apprentissage, avec l\u2019engagement des gouvernements africains \u00e0 encourager l\u2019adoption du cours aupr\u00e8s de leurs PSP.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
