Par le pass\u00e9, les participants \u00e0 l\u2019ACLI ont discut\u00e9 des besoins en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre le cancer en Afrique, des comp\u00e9tences de base en leadership, de la traduction de la recherche en politiques, des plans nationaux de lutte contre le cancer et des interactions avec les organisations partenaires. Les participants \u00e0 l\u2019ACLI ont assist\u00e9 aux sessions scientifiques de l\u2019AORTIC, ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des sessions de r\u00e9union con\u00e7ues sp\u00e9cifiquement pour l\u2019ACLI, et ont \u00e9galement rencontr\u00e9 des mentors individuellement. L\u2019objectif \u00e0 long terme est de fournir une plateforme intellectuellement stimulante permettant aux leaders \u00e9mergents de la recherche mondiale sur le cancer en Afrique et aux \u00c9tats-Unis de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un mentorat et de b\u00e2tir un r\u00e9seau pour soutenir la recherche innovante sur le cancer en Afrique. L\u2019ACLI constituera la base d\u2019un r\u00e9seau africain pour les leaders \u00e9mergents de la recherche sur le cancer en Afrique, qui aura lui-m\u00eame des buts et des objectifs annuels fix\u00e9s par un comit\u00e9 directeur.    <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral&nbsp;:<\/strong> L\u2019objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est de favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leaders dans la recherche et la pratique en mati\u00e8re de cancer en Afrique, qui peuvent \u00e9galement occuper des postes de direction au sein de l\u2019AORTIC. En tant que principale organisation de lutte contre le cancer en Afrique, l\u2019AORTIC a mis au point une plateforme pour soutenir la formation interdisciplinaire et interprofessionnelle afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des soins de canc\u00e9rologie ax\u00e9s sur le patient en Afrique. <\/p>\n<p>Comment postuler&nbsp;?
